Payless Car Rental

If Collision Damage Waiver is not taken customer is responsible for all damage to the rented vehicle, regardless of cause.

If customer purchases Collision Damage Waiver, we will waive all, or a portion of, our right to collect from you for damage to the rented vehicle caused by collision or upset. The amount of responsibility varies according to the type of vehicle you rent. Please read the back of the Payless Rental Agreement for a complete list of exclusions.  

Liability Insurance Liability Insurance protects you against claims for injury you cause to third persons or property other than yourself.  It does not cover you or the rented vehicle.  Our vehicles are covered by policies of insurance that provide coverage up to the minimums prescribed by the financial responsibility laws of the state or country whose laws apply to the loss.  At this location, Liability insurance is included in the rental rate.

Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) - N/A

Personal Accident Insurance/Effects Coverage: Personal Accident Coverage/Personal Accident Insurance: By electing to purchase optional PAC/PAI coverage at the designated daily rate, the renter and any of his passengers are insured while occupying the rental vehicle subject to all provisions of the group policy.  PAC/PAI cost may vary by location.

The following are accepted forms of payment: American Express, Carte Blanche, Diners Club Intl, Discover/NOVUS, MasterCard and Visa.

CREDIT CARD HOLD: The estimated cost of the rental plus 30 % or a minimum of $400 will be charged to your credit card at the time of rental.  The damage responsibility deposit may be waived if Full Coverage Collision Damage Waiver is purchased. (see keyword Collision Damage Waiver for daily rate).

Debit Cards not accepted.

All drivers must meet the renting location's minimum age requirements, have a valid driver's license for at least two (2) years, clean driving record, and present a major credit card in his/her own name at the time of rental. See also age, driver's license, driving records, and credit cards.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR FOREIGN RENTERS

- Must have a valid drivers license from renters/drivers country of origin or an International Drivers License.

- Must have a valid passport

- Must have a valid credit card

Additional / Authorized drivers are permitted if they meet the minimum age requirements,  present a valid photo drivers license and an ID card or passport. All location policies that apply to the renter will also apply to the additional authorized driver.

Airport Tax $10.00 US per day

Vehicles may be returned after normal business hours if arrangements have

been made directly with the location prior to the return.

Renter must be 21 years of age with a valid drivers license held for a minimum of two (2) years and a major credit card in his/her own name.

All vehicles are rented with a full tank.

OPTION #1 BUY A TANK

Vehicle is rented with a full tank. Purchase a full tank of fuel at the time of rental and bring the vehicle back with fuel at any level.  Credit will not be issued for unused fuel.

OPTION #2 WE FILL THE TANK

Vehicle is rented with a full tank. Bring the vehicle back full to avoid a charge or Payless will refuel your vehicle based on the miles driven or level of the tank. A refueling service fee will apply per gallon or litre.  

Rental is based on a 24-hour period.  The client receives a 59-minute grace period.  If he/she keeps the vehicle after this time, an hourly rate will apply from minute one.

It is the policy of Payless to have the confirmed vehicle available during normal business hours for the calendar day of the scheduled arrival.

Geographical Restrictions/Mileage Limitations: Vehicles may be driven within Morocco EXCEPT - Vehicles may not be driven within the cities of Ceuta and Mellila due to insurance laws.

One Way: One-way rentals within Morocco are permitted however arrangements must be made directly with the location. A surcharge will apply based on the drop off location.
